We are glad to inform you that we have registered this society under Societies Registration act XXI of 1860, to acquire land in strategically located L zone of Delhi (area between Dwarka and Gurgaon), under DDA’s ambitious land pooling policy; Master Plan 2021.

The society is being formed to cater to the housing needs of our near and dear ones; hence applications will be accepted through reference from existing members, on first come first serve basis only.

After gaining good experience in P2 zone we are willing to replicate the same under this new initiative proposed under the name of “Urban Residency Welfare Society”.

Getting it right the first time, for our members, is one of our key mottos.
